Our ambition is simple: to make exceptional coffee approachable without losing the craftsmanship, personality and stories that make it special.
Inspired by the cafés of Paris
In Paris, coffee is rarely only about coffee.
It is part of the rhythm of the city: early mornings in Montmartre, an espresso at the counter, afternoons spent observing the street from a terrace and long conversations in Saint-Germain. The cup may be small, but the moment around it matters.
Rowst draws inspiration from this culture. We believe coffee should create a feeling of warmth, elegance and connection—even when enjoyed at home.

Exceptional coffees with a sense of place
Every coffee begins somewhere.
Its flavour is shaped by its origin, altitude, climate, variety and processing method, as well as by the knowledge of the people who cultivate it. That is why Rowst focuses on carefully selected single-origin Arabica coffees, each with its own character and story.
Our collection explores distinctive coffee-producing regions, including El Salvador, Mexico, Uganda and Guatemala. From balanced and comforting profiles to more expressive and unexpected flavours, every origin offers a different way to experience specialty coffee.
Rather than creating one uniform taste, we celebrate these differences. We want every Rowst coffee to provide an opportunity to discover a new terroir, recognise new aromas and better understand what makes each origin unique.
Quality over quantity
Rowst does not pursue volume for its own sake. We pursue quality.
Our coffees are selected for their flavour, consistency and character, with specialty scores generally ranging from 84 to 86 points. Behind each one are producers who choose craftsmanship over shortcuts and devote extraordinary attention to growing, harvesting and sorting their coffee.
We work directly with exceptional small-scale producers, building a shorter and more transparent connection between the people who cultivate the coffee and those who enjoy it.
This approach allows us to celebrate the work behind every cup while offering coffees that are both distinctive and accessible. For us, quality is not about making coffee intimidating or overly complicated. It is about respecting the product and allowing more people to experience how good coffee can be.
Making specialty coffee part of everyday life
Specialty coffee can sometimes feel like a world reserved for experts. We want Rowst to feel different.
You do not need professional equipment or an extensive knowledge of tasting vocabulary to appreciate an exceptional cup. Curiosity is enough. Whether you prepare your coffee with an espresso machine, moka pot, French press or filter brewer, the ritual should remain personal.
