SHIPPING POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on rowst.fr.

Orders are fulfilled by ROWST, a brand of DIKAIOS VENTURES S.L., and shipped from our logistics location in Europe using trusted carriers via Sendcloud.


2. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped
  • During high-demand periods (such as product launches), processing times may be slightly extended

3. SHIPPING METHODS

We ship using professional carriers provided through Sendcloud, including:

  • Colissimo
  • Chronopost
  • Mondial Relay
  • or equivalent carriers depending on destination

The carrier is selected based on:

  • destination
  • delivery speed
  • logistical efficiency

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • France: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • delays may occur due to external factors such as carriers, customs, or weather conditions

5. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination
  • weight and size of the order
  • selected delivery method

We may offer:

  • free shipping above a certain order value
  • promotional shipping rates during specific campaigns

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped:

  • you will receive a tracking number by email
  • you can track your shipment in real time via the carrier’s tracking system

7. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • delays
  • delivery failures

resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to incorrect information:

  • additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

8. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your order is delayed or appears lost:

We will investigate the issue with the carrier.

Please note:

  • once the order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is under their responsibility
  • investigations may take several business days

9. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged:

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • include clear photos of:
    • the packaging
    • the product

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.


10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders:

  • customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply
  • these charges are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for:

  • customs delays
  • additional charges imposed by local authorities
