RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on rowst.fr and is operated by DIKAIOS VENTURES S.L., a company incorporated under Spanish law.


1. Return period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


2. Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be in the same condition as received
  • be unused and unopened
  • be in their original packaging
  • include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3. Important — Perishable goods (coffee)

As we sell specialty coffee (a perishable product), the following conditions apply:

  • Coffee products cannot be returned once opened
  • Unopened coffee may be eligible for return only if it remains sealed and in perfect condition

This is in accordance with EU consumer protection laws regarding perishable goods.


4. How to request a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you wish to return
  • the reason for the return

5. Return process

If your return request is accepted:

  • you will receive return instructions
  • a return shipping label may be provided via Sendcloud (depending on the case)
  • the return address will be communicated to you

Important:
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


6. Damages and incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged item
  • a defective product
  • the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).


7. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • opened or used coffee products
  • perishable goods
  • personalized or custom products
  • personal care goods
  • sale items
  • gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.


8. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

To obtain a different product:

  1. request a return for the original item
  2. place a new order once the return is accepted

9. European Union — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • perishable goods (such as coffee) once opened
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • proof of purchase is required

10. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • you will be notified of the approval or rejection
  • if approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please note:

  • shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at rowstcoffee@gmail.com.
